So aside from buying the ready made stuff (which just isn't the same), I came up with a guacamole "cheat" and it's Kennedi APPROVED. :)
So here's the quick and easy guacamole recipe:
Ingredients:
1 Avocado
1/8 C Pico de Gallo
1/8 Lime
Steps:
1. Cut avocado in cubes
2. Mix avocado, pico de gallo, and the juice from the lime. Pepper to taste!
SERVE!!! :)
My daughter devoured it in seconds. Toddler approved... and that's saying something!
