Today our little elf visited to tell us that sometimes kindess is easy and inexpensive! We needed to make a stop by Costco and we used change from my son's piggy bank to fill up all the snack machines. We put $1-1.50 in each of four machines. It didn't cost a lot but it was a good lesson for my son to see that we took money out and it was not to buy something. He had fun seeing the elf on his elephant bank and is getting more and more excited to see him every morning. :)
The scripture suggested by our Kindness Elf is 1 Timothy 6 and fitting to discuss the love of money.
Here's my little guy getting in the Christmas spirit at the craft store today. Loving this time of year!
I hope you'll come back as we continue through this journey for 23 more days.
